Silver Satin dial with Diamond set Roman Numerals set on top of a background of Onyx. This Particular watch was manufactured ( Cased ) by a New York company in the late 1920s to 1930s that had purchased movements from Patek Philippe to set in their own custom cases, these cases are numbered but unsigned.
