Circa 1940s Van Cleef and Arpels Patriotic colors Flower Ring, in the design manner of John Rubel for VCA, the top of the ring measures 1 inch across the top and 3/4 inch wide. Recently purchased from the Estate of the original owner and in absolutely excellent condition. Finger size = 5 1/4.
