Old mine cut Diamond, the back has a fold down bale so it can be worn as a pendent. Excellent overall with the very smallest of enamel loss on edges.

Circa 1940 Mauboussin, Trabert & Hoeffer, phenomenal, Large Platinum and Yellow Gold Retro Clip Brooch, measuring 2 1/2 inches X 2 1/4 inches. Masterfully hand fabricated in sections that are riveted and also attached with a back Gallery. The Diamond pave Balls are set on top of Yellow Gold disks that reflect and give more brilliance illusion. The prongs throughout the Sapphire section are all set with a Diamond in the top. Total Diamond weight for the piece is approximately 6.50 Carats. The Sapphires are of Very Fine color, have not been tested but are probably unheated and of Burmese origin and total 23-26 Carats.
